- Shipping & Delivery
- Orders placed before 4pm GMT are eligible for next day delivery. Although this is not a guarantee we pride ourselves in quick delivery of your spare parts, we understand you need to be up and flying ASAP! Our standard delivery service is Royal Mail 1st Class which delivers most orders next day, however you may opt for 2 day DHL (or alternative courier of equal speed at the time of posting) for £4.95 fixed rate for any sized order. Orders over £20 GBP are eligible for our free delivery option. This is again sent by Royal Mail 1st Class as standard, with most orders delivered next working day.
- Privacy & Security
- Your privacy is taken very seriously here at RTF Electric, our web developers have worked hard to ensure our website holds your information securely. We will never sell or pass on your details. Payment details are processed by either PayPal, Google or our native Credit/Debit card acceptance Sage Pay. These details are sent using the latest encryption and are destroyed as soon as confirmation of the payment transfer is received for your peace of mind.
- Returns & Replacements
- Our returns policy is one of the best in the business, accepting faulty goods up to 30 days from the date of purchase. All items must have a returns number before being returned, this can be obtained by emailing us. For items purchased in error, or if the customer has simply changed their mind we accept returns up to 7 days from the purchase date. These items must be returned in an as new, re-sellable condition and all returns must have a valid returns number before being accepted.
- Ordering
- We have worked hard to make our website easy to use and order from, simply locate your items from either the search bar or categories at the top of the page. Add your items to the basket, once ready to purchase simply click ‘view cart’ and follow the instructions through the checkout. You may of course simply telephone our office to order between the hours of 9am – 6pm, Mon – Fri. We accept card payments over the phone and check in the post.
- Price Match Promise
- We're so confident our prices are the cheapest in the UK, that if you find any of the products listed on our website for less elsewhere we'll match it. This only applies to genuine UK businesses and does not apply to foreign or eBay (companies operating abroad may pass themselves off as being located in the UK) based companies. The price must be in Great British Pound Sterling and include postage charges where applicable. This does not include limited time offers such as closing down sales or otherwise purchase dependent offers (for example buy one product, receive another half price). To benefit from this price promise please contact us with full details of the website or store you found the lower price so we can confirm this, you will then receive a reply within a few working days with our best price.
